Semi truck tire repair SR 528 Florida: how we help

SR 528, the Martin Andersen Beachline Expressway, connects Orlando with I-95 and Port Canaveral. It begins near I-4 and International Drive, passes the Orlando International Airport area, crosses open marshland, reaches I-95 in Brevard County and continues toward Cape Canaveral.

This route is important for commercial traffic moving between Central Florida, the airport, the Space Coast and Port Canaveral. A flat or damaged tire can quickly become a major problem when a truck is carrying time-sensitive freight.

We provide mobile tire service for tractors, trailers, straight trucks and fleet vehicles. Our team handles flat tires, blowouts, damaged tires and worn tires. Where the location is safe for roadside work, we can repair or replace the tire without requiring the truck to travel to a tire shop first.

The Beachline, one stretch at a time

Knowing your exact position on SR 528 helps us understand where you are and what assistance you may need. The highway changes considerably from the Orlando side to the Space Coast.

1. I-4 to the airport: Exits 1 to 11

The western end begins at I-4, near I-4 Exit 72. Exit 1 serves International Drive, while Exit 2 provides access to Universal Boulevard and Orangewood Boulevard.

Near Exit 3, SR 528 passes Southbridge Commerce Park and Orlando Central Park. Exit 4 serves Consulate Drive, and Exit 8 connects with McCoy Road, or SR 482.

Exit 11 reaches SR 436, Semoran Boulevard, Jeff Fuqua Boulevard and Orlando International Airport. This section has more frequent ramps and commercial activity than the open eastern portions of the route.

If your truck can safely reach the next exit, let us know where you are heading. If you cannot move safely, stop fully on the shoulder, activate your hazard lights and call us.

2. SR 417 to I-95: Exits 16 to 42A/B

East of the airport, SR 528 meets SR 417, the Central Florida GreeneWay, at Exit 16. The highway then enters a much more open stretch.

Exit 24 serves Dallas Boulevard and the Wedgefield area. SR 407 branches toward Titusville and Kennedy Space Center. The route eventually crosses the St. Johns River into Brevard County before reaching I-95 at Exits 42A and 42B.

There are fewer ramps and businesses along portions of this stretch. If you have a tire problem here, the last exit you passed or a visible mile marker can be especially useful when you call.

3. I-95 to Port Canaveral: Exits 42A/B to 54A

After I-95, SR 528 enters the Space Coast. Exit 45 connects with US 1 and SR 524 in Cocoa. Exit 49 serves SR 3, also known as Courtenay Parkway, on Merritt Island.

The Bennett Causeway carries the route across the Indian River and Banana River. Exit 54A leads to SR 401, which provides access to Port Canaveral terminals and the gate for Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.

We assist commercial vehicles along this section and in nearby truck parking areas and suitable roadside locations.

Port Canaveral freight and the Beachline

Port Canaveral is a major reason commercial vehicles use the eastern portion of SR 528. The port reported more than 6 million tons of cargo in fiscal year 2026 across 11 multipurpose deepwater cargo berths.

In July 2026, a new international container service from Mexico began at North Cargo Berth 6. The port projects approximately 80 to 120 import containers per call.

For cargo haulers moving between Port Canaveral and Central Florida, a tire failure can interfere with pickup, delivery or scheduled freight movement. Our mobile service gives drivers an option for getting tire assistance at their location.
